How to Spring clean your energy
Last week was also both the spring equinox and the new moon, nestled right up against one another.
I was personally feeling all of that new-beginning energy with the launch of the brand new Radical Health Accelerator, the new aerial studio, and I’m also starting a new running training program.
It’s not too often that we have this kind of potent energy for planting new seeds, launching new projects, and setting fresh intentions. So I’ve decided to use this time to take stock of what feels heavy and ready to be released and what I want to focus on to fill the space it will create.
Maybe this will inspire you to do a little letting go and actualizing of your own…
What I’m leaving behind:
- My old pattern of not asking for (or hiring) help when I feel swamped and overwhelmed and frankly, when I just need people to take some work off my to do list.
- Being a slave to my email and letting my daily goals be derailed by what’s in my inbox.
- Berk (my partner) being in any position below #1 on my priority list.
What I’m calling forward:
- More time to play and be creative (girlfriends in Colorado: get ready for your phones to ring)!
- Swimming. I haven’t been in a pool to lap swim since before the pandemic.
- Giving my intuition some space and quiet so that I can hear her better.
That feels really good to write…
